• Own assigned UI/UX design work from concept through production;
• Design flows and systems for real users rather than isolated screens;
• Create and maintain Figma components, variants, auto-layouts, and tokens at system level;
• Apply design judgment, style, and taste to select effective solutions;
• Prioritize design effort according to user and business value;
• Use prompting, Midjourney, research, and daily fact gathering in the design process;
• Account for HTML/CSS constraints and contribute toward design-system components structured for markup generation;
• Handle edge cases and empty states;
• Prepare handoff materials and verify what developers ship;
• Maintain and extend the existing visual language;
• Use visual tools to communicate warmth, love, danger, empathy, and other aspects of the experience;
• Treat company time, money, and development effort responsibly.

• 2.5+ Years of production UI/UX design experience for real users;
• Ownership of an assigned part of the design work;
• Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, grids, and composition;
• Ability to think in flows and systems, not only screens;
• Advanced Figma skills, including components, variants, auto-layout, and tokens;
• Strong judgment, style, and taste;
• Ability to prioritize design effort effectively;
• Experience with prompting, Midjourney, research, and fact gathering;
• Understanding of HTML/CSS constraints without writing production code;
• Emotional stability and ability to handle direct feedback;
• Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset focused on user needs;
• Careful approach to edge cases, empty states, handoff, and shipped results;
• Ability to maintain and extend an existing visual language;
• Ability to make design decisions with company resources in mind;
• Nice to have: psychology of perception, motion, front-end skills, data-informed decisions.
