• Create surface designs, patterns, and prints for homeware products;
• Support the design and development of shapes, forms, and finishes across product categories such as cushions, lamps, and tableware;
• Curate color palettes aligned with seasonal trends and brand identity;
• Research and propose materials, textures, and innovative finishes;
• Develop digital mockups, sketches, and renderings to support production;
• Stay up to date with luxury homeware trends and contribute fresh ideas;
• Collaborate with colleagues and external suppliers to ensure efficient execution.

• Degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a similar field;
• Solid portfolio showcasing product and/or graphic design work, including patterns and surface design;
• Passion for product design, with interest or experience in homeware or lifestyle products;
• Strong visual culture, conceptual flexibility, and creative thinking;
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign;
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and color theory;
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to deliver creative work that is functional and on-brand;
• Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset;
• Comfortable managing multiple projects at once;
• Nice to have: Experience with 3D software, AI-generated design tools.
