• Develop brand identities, visual systems and digital experiences across a range of projects;
• Use cutting-edge AI and emerging tools to support research, ideation and creative exploration;
• Explore concepts through sketching, prototyping and visual storytelling;
• Create thoughtful, well-crafted design across a range of touchpoints;
• Collaborate with designers, strategists and writers throughout the creative process;
• Contribute to workshops, presentations and creative reviews;
• Manage your own time and workload while seeking feedback at the right moments;
• Contribute to wider studio initiatives and day-to-day activities while continuing to develop your skills.

• A portfolio demonstrating excellent graphic design fundamentals and a strong eye for visual craft;
• Previous experience in a creative studio, agency or in-house team, including internships or placements;
• Confidence using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite;
• Strong typography, composition and visual communication skills;
• Curiosity about digital experiences, emerging technologies and the future of design;
• A desire to push creative boundaries across brand, motion and digital design;
• A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for learning;
• A genuine passion for design and creativity;
• Strong communication and presentation skills;
• The right to work in the UK;
• Nice to have: animation, photography, filmmaking, illustration, creative coding, writing, music or another distinctive creative skill.
