Dorst & Lesser is a social agency that creates and distributes impactful brand stories through social media. It combines media, strategy, and creative work to help clients grow their businesses.

• Build motion graphics in After Effects, including title animations, 2D/3D content, and scalable templates;
• Design and edit graphics in Illustrator and Photoshop;
• Set up scalable templates and efficient workflows in After Effects;
• Use expressions to make work smarter and reusable;
• Produce large numbers of video variants through batch rendering workflows;
• Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, project structures, and production processes;
• Use AI tools to make workflows smarter and faster;
• Collaborate with the content team to improve clients’ social media.

• Extensive experience with motion design in After Effects;
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro;
• Ability to work with expressions in After Effects;
• Strong sense of design, timing, and composition;
• Strong interest in automation and optimization within After Effects;
• HBO-level education and thinking;
• High quality standards and ability to work with deadlines;
• Strong communication, creativity, independence, and proactivity;
• Experience working for commercial clients;
• Nice to have: Motivation to learn Dorst & Lesser’s automation tools.
