• Own the end-to-end website design lifecycle from research and discovery through launch, optimization, and continuous improvement;
• Create high-quality design solutions that communicate business objectives;
• Translate complex business requirements into clear, engaging, and impactful visual experiences;
• Design responsive websites, landing pages, digital experiences, and interactive interfaces;
• Create layouts optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices;
• Ensure consistency across creative outputs, customer touchpoints, and complete user journeys;
• Apply and evolve brand guidelines while maintaining exceptional visual quality;
• Create design solutions that improve customer experience and support measurable business outcomes;
• Apply user-centered thinking throughout the design process;
• Improve creative quality using stakeholder feedback and performance insights;
• Conduct UX research and competitor analysis;
• Develop information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes;
• Design accessible and intuitive user experiences following usability best practices;
• Design and optimize experiences with conversion goals in mind;
• Participate in experimentation, A/B testing, and iterative optimization;
• Improve designs using analytics, heatmaps, session recordings, and behavioral insights;
• Improve design processes, workflows, and team efficiency;
• Create reusable templates, assets, documentation, and best practices;
• Build, maintain, and evolve scalable Design Systems;
• Create reusable UI components, libraries, and documentation;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process;
• Partner closely with Product Managers and Developers during implementation;
• Prepare production-ready specifications and developer handoff documentation;
• Review implemented designs to ensure design quality and pixel-perfect execution;
• Adopt modern AI-powered workflows to improve efficiency and quality;
• Use AI for research, wireframing, prototyping, image generation, and rapid landing page creation;
• Use AI-assisted coding tools for prototyping and front-end experimentation;
• Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Creative, and other business stakeholders;
• Communicate design decisions clearly and contribute to a collaborative team environment;
• Partner with Product Managers, Developers, UX Researchers, and CRO specialists throughout the product lifecycle.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related discipline;
• Commitment to continuous professional development;
• Proven experience delivering high-quality design solutions within multidisciplinary teams;
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual excellence, creative thinking, and problem solving;
• Experience designing complex websites, landing pages, or digital products;
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, UX, or CRO teams;
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite tools, including Photoshop and Illustrator;
• Strong understanding of web design best practices, UI/UX principles, and conversion rate optimization;
• Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Tilda and WordPress;
• Understanding of the technical requirements for OpenAI search optimization;
• Ownership, strong communication, collaboration, critical thinking, creative problem solving, product thinking, data-informed decision making, and systems thinking;
• Nice to have: UX/UI certifications.
