Graphic Designer

• Develop and oversee the brand’s design strategy, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and brand objectives;
• Conceptualize and deliver innovative design ideas that strengthen the brand’s visual identity and resonate with the target audience;
• Manage and evolve the brand’s visual identity, including brand guidelines and visual standards;
• Lead and mentor the creative team, ensuring high-quality and consistent design output;
• Create and oversee advanced visual content, graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print platforms;
• Support marketing and communication initiatives through strong visual solutions and campaign assets;
• Collaborate closely with marketing, communications, and product teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints;
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance creative quality and performance.

• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (EQF levels 6 or 7) in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field;
• Have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the same or similar roles;
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);
• Possess an in-depth understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition;
• Show the ability to conceptualize and create engaging visual content across multiple platforms including web, mobile, social media, and print;
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines with flexibility;
• Speak English proficiently;
