Co-own discovery with Product, from problem to opportunity;
Conduct research and insight activities including usability testing, journey mapping, and problem framing;
Deliver end-to-end design including user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI;
Optimize journeys based on research, product goals, and delivery constraints;
Drive cross-functional alignment with Product Managers, Owners and developers.

Senior-level experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer, with a proven track record designing customer-facing mobile apps;
Clear communicator able to explain design thinking and rationale to different stakeholders;
Collaborative team player who gives and welcomes feedback;
Strong proficiency in Figma including organisation, versioning, and components;
Solid UX/UI, interaction, and visual design skills;
Practical experience with usability testing and journey mapping;
Familiarity with native iOS and Android design patterns.
