• Conduct user research using explorative, descriptive, and confirmatory methods;
• Collaborate and communicate with clients and internal teams during customer engagements;
• Map user journeys of as-is and to-be business processes;
• Design user experiences ranging from low-fidelity sketches to hi-fidelity mockups;
• Develop interactive reporting dashboards and visualizations;
• Communicate design principles, direction, and specifications to engineers;
• Validate ideas and designs through usability and A/B tests;
• Measure product features to establish benchmarks and identify improvements;
• Create rapid prototypes to validate design concepts with stakeholders and customers;
• Influence cross-functional product teams to achieve solutions aligned with customer needs and product vision.

• 4+ Years of UX or interaction design experience, including responsive web design;
• Strong work portfolio demonstrating systematic design thinking and UI/UX best practices;
• Advanced skills in interaction design;
• Ability to recognize and predict use cases, including edge and corner cases;
• Competency to explore, identify, and validate user needs;
• Proficiency in Mural, Figma, Axure, and Balsamiq;
• Understanding of information architecture and user psychology;
• Familiarity with Design Thinking;
• Ability to manage time across projects and take accountability for work;
• Strong team orientation for virtual, international, cross-functional teams;
• English B2 level (verbal, written, and presentation skills);
• Nice to have: Background in SAP Fiori, knowledge of Fiori Design Guidelines, familiarity with HTML5 and CSS3.
