Clarivate provides information services and operates the IP Collaboration Hub, a global web-based platform designed to help organizations manage intellectual property workflows and collaborate with clients, law firms, and external agents.

• Design intuitive and engaging user experiences across web-based products, from early concepts to polished user interfaces;
• Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate and validate product ideas;
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements and translate business goals into user-centered solutions;
• Plan and conduct usability testing and user research activities, leveraging insights to refine and improve designs;
• Collaborate with Front-End Engineers to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and accurately implemented;
• Contribute to and evolve design systems, patterns, and best practices to ensure consistency across products;
• Present design concepts, research findings, and recommendations to stakeholders, articulating design decisions and rationale.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in user experience design;
• Portfolio or case studies demonstrating user-centered design solutions for complex, cross-platform projects and SaaS applications;
• Minimum 3 years of experience utilizing Figma;
• At least 1 year of professional working experience in usability testing;
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience;
• Proficiency in English;
• Nice to have: Experience with Maze or similar usability testing and user research tools, experience working in Agile product development environments, strong presentation and stakeholder management skills, extensive experience collaborating with Front-End Engineers, familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, experience using analytics and user behavior data to inform design decisions.
