Design modern, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications;
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs;
Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable components;
Collaborate with Product Managers, Frontend Developers, and QA throughout the product lifecycle;
Turn complex product requirements into simple and engaging user experiences.

1–3+ Years of commercial experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer;
Hands-on experience in iGaming, Betting, or Sweepstakes projects;
Strong proficiency in Figma including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, and Prototyping;
Experience designing both web and mobile products;
Understanding of UX principles, user flows, and interaction design;
Confident use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Midjourney;
Strong portfolio showcasing real product interfaces;
Nice to have: experience with gamification, retention mechanics, bonus systems, tournament features, or payment flows.

Remote: up to $2,200/month paid in USDT TRC20;
On-site (Prague): up to €3,000/month with official employment and bank transfer.
