CarFit is a technology company creating user-centered solutions for the automotive and mobility space. It combines product innovation, data, and design to improve how people choose, use, and experience vehicles and related services.

• Translate user insights and business requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile interfaces
• Conduct and synthesize user research
• Apply design thinking to define problems and explore solutions
• Iterate designs based on feedback and data
• Contribute to design systems and ensure consistency across products
• Participate in design reviews and maintain high quality standards
• Champion user-centered design practices across the organization
• Support continuous improvement of CarFit’s product offerings

• Strong product design expertise
• Ability to own the design process from discovery through delivery
• Applied design thinking skills, including problem framing, ideation, prototyping, and iterative refinement
• Experience with user research methods, including interviews, usability testing, and surveys
• Visual design proficiency, including layout, typography, color, and design systems for digital products
• Experience designing digital products for web or mobile
• A portfolio showcasing user-centered work
• Ability to collaborate asynchronously and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Basic understanding of front-end capabilities
• A bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
