• create original artwork and visual concepts for jigsaw puzzles and related printed materials, ensuring each design is engaging, clear, and aligned with the brand’s aesthetic.
• developing illustrations from initial sketches to final digital files
• collaborating with the puzzle design team on themes and layouts
• preparing artwork for production
• iterating on feedback
• maintaining consistent quality
• contributing creative ideas to enhance the visual storytelling of each puzzle

• Strong Digital Illustration skills and proficiency with relevant illustration software.
• Solid Drawing and Painting abilities for developing original, detailed artwork.
• Experience with Graphics and Graphic Design for layouts, composition, and print-ready files.
• Attention to detail, color, and typography, with a strong visual storytelling sense.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment and respond constructively to feedback.
• Commitment to the mission of promoting engaging, screen-free activities.
