• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, including at least 5 years in a senior or lead design role, covering both print and digital design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical expertise, and versatility across a wide range of design projects, with a particular focus on print production and prepress.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma & Microsoft PowerPoint
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to deliver accurate, high-quality work and implement feedback precisely.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Ability to work within strict brand guidelines while maintaining consistency across different formats and deliverables.
• English C1

• We offer cooperation based on a B2B contract or contract of mandate.
• Hourly rate budget: 60-100 PLN on B2B or 50-80 PLN gross on contract of mandate.
