• Create graphics, charts and diagrams to support key messages;
• Support presentation materials and service delivery documents;
• Maintain templates and manage version control;
• Carry out quality checks for consistency and brand alignment;

• Act as overflow to the Central Bid Team.

• Experience creating documents, presentations or visual materials such as charts and infographics in a professional setting;
• Organize files clearly so others can find and use the latest versions;
• Follow brand guidelines and apply consistent formatting across documents;
• Manage multiple tasks and adjust work to meet deadlines;
• Use Adobe InDesign, Illustrator or Photoshop, Word and PowerPoint;
• Work with others to gather feedback and update materials accordingly;
• Explain work clearly and ask questions when something is unclear;
• Check work carefully before sharing it to ensure accuracy and consistency.
