Graphic designer in digital marketing

Design is changing faster than ever. We are looking for someone who sees this not as a threat, but as an opportunity. Growww is a digital marketing and AI infrastructure agency from Belgrade. We work on strategy, content, and campaigns for clients in healthcare, home services, real estate, and the public sector, across markets in Europe, the UAE, and the USA.

• Design visuals for social media, campaigns, and landing pages in Figma
• Edit short video formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) in CapCut
• Generate and edit visuals with the help of AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, and similar)
• Gradually move an increasing part of the process to AI, with our support and mentorship
• Work side by side with the strategy and copy team on real client projects

• Solid knowledge of Figma (components, auto layout, working with templates)
• Experience editing in CapCut
• An eye for typography, composition, and color
• Curiosity about AI tools and willingness to test new ones every day
• A portfolio, even if it includes only personal or student projects

• Work on projects for clients from multiple industries and markets
• Mentorship and a clear path from junior to AI designer
