• Develop and maintain the visual brand identity at developer and project level;
• Design brochures, investment packs, and other sales materials;
• Produce creative assets for digital campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn in coordination with the performance marketing function;
• Design landing pages and funnel visuals to support lead generation;
• Create social media content, including posts, reels, and stories, aligned with brand guidelines;
• Coordinate photography and video shoots for project assets;
• Maintain visual consistency across all projects and channels;
• Collaborate with the marketing team and external creative agencies on execution.

• 3+ Years of experience in graphic or marketing design, ideally within real estate, luxury, or other high-ticket industries;
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand and campaign work;
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design tools;
• Experience designing digital campaigns and landing pages;
• Strong sense of brand consistency across multiple projects;
• Experience working with photography and video assets, including coordinating shoots;
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven;
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with marketing and sales teams.
