• Develop high-quality visual designs aligned with brand guidelines and project objectives;
• Create large-scale advertising materials, including billboards, site hoardings, bus advertisements and exhibition booths;
• Design brochures, flyers and other promotional materials for print and digital use;
• Produce digital assets in multiple formats, including social media graphics and Google Display Ads;
• Ensure that all print materials meet prepress production standards;
• Contribute creative ideas that enhance Tor Properties’ visual identity and marketing activities;
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining strong attention to detail;
• Assist with smaller design and production tasks when required;
• Receive feedback positively and incorporate revisions effectively.

• Degree in Graphic Design or a related field;
• Proven experience supported by a strong portfolio of print and digital projects;
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, as well as Figma;
• Proficiency in using AI tools to support and enhance the creative process;
• Strong typography, layout and composition skills;
• Experience in prepress production and large-format design;
• Creativity, innovation and awareness of current design trends;
• Strong communication and teamwork skills;
• Flexible, hands-on approach and ability to adapt quickly;
• Nice to have: Previous experience within the real estate industry, knowledge of video editing.
