• Develop and execute integrated creative concepts for healthcare brands, ensuring strong craft, precision, and visual quality;
• Contribute creative solutions to new business pitches and strategic briefs aligned with client needs;
• Conceptualize campaigns with the creative team and lead their visual development from idea to final execution;
• Create digital, print, audiovisual, and promotional materials;
• Coordinate photo and audiovisual productions with production teams and external collaborators;
• Collaborate with Health, Strategy, Accounts, and Production teams to develop campaigns aligned with the regulatory environment;
• Present creative proposals to clients and defend both the concept and visual execution.

• Lead and supervise other designers;
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline;
• More than 4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer;
• Experience in point-of-sale design, including shelves, PLV, displays, and shop windows;
• Knowledge of editorial and digital design;
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of craft;
• Experience using Artificial Intelligence;
• Proficiency with Adobe package and Figma;
• Ability to create videos or presentations when needed;
• Nice to have: 3D, knowledge of final artwork preparation.
