• Create engaging social media content, including static graphics, carousels, stories, reels, and short-form videos;
• Design creative assets for paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms;
• Edit and produce video content for organic and paid marketing campaigns;
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop high-performing creative content;
• Plan concepts by studying relevant information and materials;
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and meet deadlines;
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements, prepare multiple options and rough drafts, and present ideas;
• Modify text and typography, and perform image retouching and manipulation;
• Help create and edit video content;
• Amend designs after feedback;
• Use cutting-edge AI generation tools;
• Create brand identities and brand books.

• Experience creating content and ad creatives for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok;
• Strong understanding of current social media trends and visual storytelling;
• Proven experience in graphic design and content creation;
• Portfolio required;
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro, and other design tools;
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine colors, fonts, and layouts;
• Attention to visual detail;
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team;
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written (C1).

• Tbilisi office in Vake with barista coffee, Netflix lounge, ping pong, breakfast bar, garden terrace, and office cats;
• Monday to Friday, with shifts from 09:00–17:00 or 10:00–18:00;
• Health insurance;
• Base salary: $900–$1300 (depending on experience);
• Quarterly bonus.
