graphic designer for digital studio projects

Air Balloon Digital Studio is a digital studio with a creative team that delivers branding, social media, and digital design projects for clients.

• Create visuals for social media, digital ads, and branding projects, from concept to final artwork
• Develop and evolve brand identities, including logos, colour palettes, typography, and brand guidelines
• Produce marketing and print materials, including brochures, flyers, menus, signage, and presentations
• Work with copywriters to turn campaign ideas into engaging social media and ad creatives
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining brand consistency across client touchpoints
• Present design concepts internally and to clients, and refine work based on feedback
• Collaborate with the Visual Lead Designer and guide junior team members with feedback
• Track design trends and new tools, including AI, and bring fresh ideas to the team

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Proven professional experience as a graphic designer, ideally in an agency or studio environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and social media work
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Fluent English
