• Create visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media graphics, marketing materials, presentations, and campaign visuals;
• Translate brand strategies into compelling designs;
• Develop and refine visual concepts;
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all touchpoints;
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and strategy teams;
• Incorporate feedback constructively;
• Prepare final files for production;
• Meet project deadlines;
• Stay current with design trends and tools to enhance the quality and impact of client work.

• Strong graphic design skills for digital and print, including layout, typography, and visual storytelling;
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, or similar tools;
• Experience creating assets for social media, websites, advertising campaigns, and brand identity systems;
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and collaborate with cross-functional teams;
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills;
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;
• A portfolio demonstrating relevant design work and a problem-solving approach;
• Working proficiency in English;
• Nice to have: Formal education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, knowledge of local languages in Azerbaijan.
