Bumble Inc. is the parent company of Bumble Date, BFF, and Badoo. Its platform enables people to build healthy and equitable relationships through dating, friendship, and community connections.

• Design communications for Bumble Inc.'s diverse brands across print, digital, social, growth, marketing, and campaign work globally;
• Take ownership of complex briefs from concept through execution and deliver high-quality, on-brand design work;
• Collaborate with copywriters, motion designers, art directors, and other creatives to produce cohesive work across all brands;
• Contribute to brainstorming and concepting sessions with strong creative ideas and a clear point of view;
• Present work to key stakeholders and explain design decisions and alignment with brief and brand objectives;
• Uphold and champion Bumble Inc.'s brand standards across markets and touchpoints;
• Manage workload effectively and flag resource or timeline considerations;
• Collaborate with marketing and product partners to translate briefs into compelling creative solutions;
• Stay ahead of design trends, cultural moments, and industry best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
• 7+ Years of experience in design roles, preferably in the tech sector;
• Expert command of design applications, including Adobe CC and Figma;
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft and versatile design thinking across print, digital, social, and campaign channels;
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively without close supervision;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including confidence presenting creative decisions to stakeholders;
• Ability to manage multiple briefs and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality;
• Excellent time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail;
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and colour theory;
• Ability to deliver work across print and digital platforms;
• Conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving abilities;
• Understanding of content management systems for asset tracking and creation;
• Passion for Bumble Inc.'s brand vision and values;
• Nice to have: Experience delivering high volumes of high-quality work in a fast-paced environment, familiarity with AI tools and their responsible use.

• Compensation range: $110K - $130K;
• The role is based in the U.S. or the U.K. and reports to the Design Lead in London;
