• Turn ideas into visual stories and bring clients’ brands to life across digital channels
• Create aesthetic, on-brand visuals for various formats
• Manage design projects from concept and ideation through execution and final delivery
• Ask questions behind briefs and push for better outcomes
• Take ownership of projects while collaborating with the team and clients
• Explore AI tools and workflows to improve speed, creativity, and productivity

• Have 3+ years of relevant experience
• Communicate clearly and proactively in English
• Know Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and InDesign
• Have a strong eye for detail and consistency
• Understand composition, typography, color, and layout
• Work collaboratively with designers, copywriters, project managers, and marketers
• Manage time across multiple projects, meet deadlines with minimal supervision, and work independently
• Have a strong portfolio showcasing your designs

• Annual gross salary between €29K - €37K (depending on experience, skills, and the scope of your role)
