• Create designs for digital marketing campaigns, social media posts, email newsletters, and website assets;
• Develop print materials such as brochures, flyers, and banners;
• Collaborate with copywriters and content creators to align designs with messaging;
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs;
• Assist in developing brand guidelines and style guides;
• Prepare and optimize images for web and print;
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines;
• Stay updated on design trends and tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience;
• 0–2 Years of professional design experience;
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects;
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively;
• Keen eye for detail and strong typography skills;
• Nice to have: experience with Figma or Sketch for UI/UX design, basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
