• Design static ads, carousels, and story visuals for Meta and Google campaigns in multiple testable variants;
• Prepare brand materials and print visuals according to CMYK, bleed, and resolution requirements;
• Set up and maintain templates and brand systems for each client;
• Create photorealistic AI visuals and videos while maintaining consistent references, locations, interiors, exteriors, branding, and project style;
• Combine AI elements with filmed video so the transition remains invisible;
• Edit reels and story videos, including rhythm, pacing, on-screen text, and music;
• Create basic animations for logos, text, and simple transitions;
• Maintain brand color consistency, perform video color correction, and upscale footage;
• Test new AI models and tools and introduce those that improve quality or speed.

• Experience with digital campaigns, including ads, carousels, social media content, brand materials, or video;
• Ability to use AI generation daily and produce photorealistic, consistent results;
• Ability to work from mood boards, brand guidelines, and location references;
• Strong typography, color, and composition skills;
• Ability to deliver multiple variants quickly and revise work under pressure;
• Ability to independently edit reels, perform basic color correction, and create simple animations;
• Clear communication, openness to feedback, and proactive deadline management;
• Nice to have: Experience in real estate marketing.
