Having done over 29 clinical studies and published in leading scientific journals and presented at over 25 National and International scientific and clinical conferences, Hertility is committed to expanding its research and clinical programmes, deepening our understanding of reproductive health and influencing policy.

We're looking for a graphic designer to create high-quality, on-brand assets across digital and print, working in both Canva and Adobe.

• Design email banners and digital ads for paid social and display.
• Create artwork for out-of-home campaigns, adapting it to different formats and specs.
• Design long-form documents such as guides and reports.
• Build and maintain Canva templates so the team can create on-brand assets in-house.
• Prepare print-ready and digital files to supplier specifications.

• A strong portfolio across digital, print and OOH.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva.
• Experience working within brand guidelines and creating templates.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines.

This role reports to Caroline Gorge, Senior Brand Manager, and sits within the Brand department, working cross-functionally with our wider Growth team.

📋 Our 3-Stage Interview Process

We respect your time. We promise to review every application and update you on the status of your candidacy within 3 working days of submission. Our hiring process consists of three structured steps:

Initial Phone Interview

A 15-minute conversation with a member of our Talent Team to get to know you better and answer any initial questions.

Competency & Task Based Interview

A structured interview with Caroline Gorge, our Senior Brand Manager, focusing on your experience and key competencies relevant to the role.

Final Interview

A final conversation with one of our founders.
