Graphic Designer

• Design high-quality visual and motion assets across digital, print, and presentation formats;
• Translate briefs, concepts, and narratives into effective, production-ready design solutions;
• Work independently across the full lifecycle from concept to final delivery, including feedback iterations;
• Support the team by resolving design and production challenges;
• Act as a point of reference for less experienced team members, providing guidance and sharing best practices;
• Maintain and evolve visual consistency across brands and projects in line with guidelines and standards;
• Identify issues in briefs and processes and drive practical improvements to workflows and output quality;
• Stay up to date with relevant tools, formats, and design approaches.

• 9+ Years of experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally in an agency, creative studio, or consulting environment;
• Experience supporting team members, making design decisions, and solving project challenges;
• Excellent command of Adobe Creative Cloud, including After Effects, InDesign, and Illustrator;
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual thinking, layout, typography, and concept-driven design;
• Ability to provide structured feedback, guide others through challenges, and navigate fast-paced projects;
• Practical experience using AI tools in a design context, such as Midjourney, Veo, ChatGPT, or similar;
• Experience in motion design and time-based visual storytelling;
• Strong typography, composition, and visual storytelling skills;
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently;
• Proactive, curious mindset and genuine passion for design;
• Fluent English (C1) and Polish (minimum B2);
• Nice to have: advanced proficiency and experimentation with AI tools for design, ideation, and image generation, working knowledge of Figma, experience with large international or Fortune 500 clients.
