• Create creative visual content including static graphics, photo editing, video editing, and simple animations for social media platforms and advertising campaigns;
• Co-create communication strategies and content planning aligned with business goals and brand image;
• Design banners, graphics, and other visual materials for advertising campaigns;
• Monitor trends and competitors by conducting market research and tracking online marketing trends;
• Collaborate closely with teams to consistently build brand image for the agency and clients.

• Experience in content creation and working in a similar position, supported by a portfolio of completed projects;
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud or other professional graphic design tools;
• Advanced knowledge of specifications, formats, and algorithms on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn;
• High aesthetic sense, exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and ability to create engaging visual content;
• Understanding of digital marketing and online advertising trends;
• Effective communication skills and teamwork abilities;
• Fluent Polish language skills in speech and writing.
