• Support the design process and execute design tasks for client and internal projects;
• Produce social media graphics, story designs, and reel covers;
• Build presentation decks and handle smaller design tasks;
• Collaborate with account managers on briefs and ideation;
• Manage tasks on a weekly basis using Asana with clear deadlines and revision rounds;
• Participate in reviews and feedback sessions to iterate on work;
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to improve creative output.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);
• Familiarity with Figma and Canva;
• 1 Year of experience in graphic design or a similar creative role;
• Solid understanding of design fundamentals including typography, color, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy;
• Ability to develop creative concepts, follow direction, and apply feedback;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design rationale;
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects;
• Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement;
• Nice to have: motion graphics experience.
