• Prepare game design documents and related documentation;
• Monitor and control the product throughout the entire development lifecycle, collaborating with artists, animators, composers, developers, and other team members;

• Conduct competitor analysis and market research;

• Have at least 2+ years of experience as a Game Designer or 1+ year of experience specifically in slot game design;
• Demonstrate strong scripting and game design skills;
• Have a passion for gaming and understand different gaming platforms;
• Take a creative and innovative approach to game design and generate new ideas;
• Be willing and able to learn new technical skills;
• Adapt ideas to changing needs and meet deadlines;
• Stay focused on delivering high-quality results;
• Have solid mathematical and analytical skills;
• Have Advanced Russian proficiency;
• Have Intermediate or higher English proficiency;
• Nice to have: basic understanding of scripting and/or programming, knowledge of UX design.
