• Design, implement, and balance new gameplay and content features for World of Warships: Legends;
• Partner with internal and external teams to execute development goals;
• Work with the analytics team to optimize and improve day-to-day user behavior;
• Create and support game design documentation.

• Have 2+ years of Game Design experience, ideally on console projects;
• Understand at least one game design area: moment-to-moment gameplay or session-to-session gameplay;
• Maintain a positive attitude and accept feedback while working in a multidisciplinary team;
• Communicate excellently in spoken and written form and have good interpersonal skills;
• Have Upper-intermediate English for daily meetings and discussions with English-speaking teammates;
• Follow industry trends and know a wide range of games across multiple platforms and genres;
• Understand the main game design approaches and principles;
• Nice to have: programming experience, Upper-intermediate Russian language skills, level design experience, UX/UI design understanding.
