• Collaborate with Directors to define gameplay pillars that realize the game vision;
• Collaborate with other domain Leads to develop actionable solutions for development challenges;
• Lead a team of designers, providing mentoring and feedback;
• Collaborate with other teams to develop key foundational systems;
• Provide feedback on overall gameplay, combat, systems, story, and level design.

• Experience as Lead Designer or Design Director;
• 8+ Years of experience in game design (gameplay and/or systems);
• Experience with combat design;
• Strong skills in managing a design team;
• Experience working on indie/AA projects with an understanding of their limitations and advantages;
• Proficiency in Polish and English at B2 level or above;
• Ability to write project documentation and define technical requirements;
• Ability to work within time and project constraints;
• Very good communication skills;
• Passion for games and staying up to date with the industry;
• Nice to have: Experience with Unreal Engine.
