Freelance Product Designer for client products and services

IF designs new products and services for its clients.

• Lead the design of new products and services for clients
• Deliver thoughtful, high-quality experiences based on user needs and client strategies
• Use creativity, curiosity, and craft to elevate ideas while collaborating with a multidisciplinary project team
• Build strong relationships with client teams and develop a deep understanding of their context, goals, and constraints

• Strong visual design skills
• Ability to lead design research and user testing
• Flexibility to move from storyboarding and high-level concepts to detailed designs and prototypes
• Deep understanding of how to create, adapt, and apply design systems
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• Confidence leading collaborative workshops with clients and users
• Experience working on live SaaS products
• Experience working in an agency environment
• Будет плюсом: experience applying and adapting a brand to a new context, designing for agent-first experiences and/or generative UI

• Freelance engagement
• Two days together in a London studio or at client offices
• Additional in-person sessions and/or travel may be required depending on project requirements
