• Lead the design process from discovery to delivery in the Pulse Cluster;
• Create clear, straightforward solutions for complex product and interface challenges;
• Work closely with Product Manager, Design Lead and development team to create an amazing user experience;
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and team members to refine and improve design work;
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and innovation;
• Organize and maintain design files, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly archived.

• Have 5+ years of experience in UX and product design across web and mobile platforms;
• Demonstrate expertise in Figma, with a solid understanding of design systems and UIKit principles;
• Possess an analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data to enhance design;
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to present and explain project solutions to the team;
• Have a collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team;
• Show strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work;
• Possess the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
• Nice to have: experience in finance or trading domain, familiarity with TradingView as a product, the ability to understand technical implications in their design decisions, general understanding of product metrics.
