OneFootball is a digital football platform that provides personalized content and experiences to over 200 million fans worldwide. The company focuses on making football accessible and enjoyable through mobile and web products.

• Design end-to-end experiences across mobile and web to help fans discover, consume, and engage with football content;
• Partner with cross-functional teams to solve user and business problems in areas such as media, OTT, subscriptions, and commerce;
• Use research, data, and experimentation to inform decisions and continuously improve the user experience;
• Contribute to the design system and help shape consistent experiences across the ecosystem;
• Leverage AI-powered tools and modern design practices to work efficiently and deliver high-quality solutions.

• 4+ Years of product design experience within consumer-facing digital products, ideally in media, streaming, e-commerce, subscription, or marketplace environments;
• Experience designing transactional and conversion-focused user journeys for direct-to-consumer (D2C) products;
• Strong understanding of user research methodologies, interaction design, and design systems;
• Proven experience designing for mobile applications (iOS and Android) and web platforms;
• Experience using modern product design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Jira, or equivalent solutions;
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve design workflows, research, ideation, or productivity;
• Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints in a fast-paced environment;
• English (written and spoken);
• Nice to have: Experience in media, streaming, e-commerce, subscription, or marketplace environments.
