• Lead the design of end-to-end experiences for products and features;
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify customer problems, establish vision, set strategy, build and ship solutions;
• Champion product excellence, elevate the quality bar for the experience, and contribute to the design system;
• Work across the organization to ship cohesive experiences that ensure design scalability;
• Facilitate and role model human-centered problem solving and foster co-creation;
• Learn new methods to solve complex problems to deliver customer benefits such as flow, efficiency, and engagement;
• Shape a product that is intuitive, elegant, and speaks with a unified voice.

• 5+ Years of experience in product design;
• Skilled in driving a human-centered design process, communicating design work with solid rationale informed by research and data, and working collaboratively to ship end-to-end features at scale;
• Experience designing and shipping web, desktop, and/or native mobile applications;
• Creative problem-solver who embraces divergent and iterative methods to evolve concepts from raw ideas to polished designs;
• Customer-centric approach with the ability to elicit non-obvious customer needs and synthesize research;
• Embodiment of openness, curiosity, and a growth mindset;
• Nice to have: Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, strong portfolio showcasing a track record of shipping high-quality interaction and interface design work.

• Estimated base salary range 31,916 - 35,160 PLN gross per month;
