Cubic Games is a game development studio and part of the GDEV holding that creates unique pixel-style games, including the popular title Pixel Gun 3D.

• Own the offer system and design an architecture that enables flexible audience targeting, fast iteration, and hypothesis testing;
• Own the event system and its monetization mechanics and integrate them into the overall model;
• Define offer composition including pricing strategy, purchase motivation, segments, and target audience;
• Contribute to monetization model forecasting and evaluate the impact of events and LiveOps features on KPIs;
• Generate creative customization ideas within defined narrative constraints;
• Prepare clear, production-ready asset requests for monetization content;
• Design and run A/B tests, interpret results, and translate them into product decisions.

• Systems thinking and ability to design a flexible, scalable system from scratch;
• Deep understanding of F2P monetization, including pricing, offer structure, and payer segmentation;
• Experience with complex monetization models and KPI forecasting;
• Proficiency in A/B test design and analysis;
• Creative ability and trend awareness;
• Experience in writing clear, complete, and production-friendly asset requests;
• Analytics fluency and ability to interpret metrics in the context of player behavior;
• Design-first mindset and ability to plan and justify decisions before launching;
• First-principles thinking regarding player behavior and motivation;
• High-density communication skills and attention to detail;
• Proactivity and ability to anticipate consequences of decisions.
