• Develop and maintain the promo design direction by creating high-quality static and animated banners, print materials, and visual assets;
• Produce and deliver final creative assets according to channel requirements, technical specifications, regional adaptations, and brand standards;
• Build and maintain templates, design libraries, and visual guidelines to improve consistency, scalability, and efficiency;
• Conduct regular audits of the design stream, identify growth opportunities, formulate visual hypotheses, and validate improvements through experimentation and A/B testing;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, estimate project scope and timelines, manage risks, and ensure compliance with design processes;
• Present stream results, document best practices, contribute to creative reviews, and drive continuous improvement of visual communications.

• 5+ Years of experience in communication or graphic design;
• Proven experience in FinTech, iGaming, or e-commerce environments;
• Strong knowledge of banner design, conversion mechanics, A/B testing principles, and visual approaches;
• Experience building templates, libraries, guidelines, and scalable visual systems;
• Ability to manage a design stream as a product area, identify opportunities for improvement, conduct audits, and proactively drive visual enhancements;
• Advanced skills in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects;
• Experience using AI-powered platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Freepik, or Higgsfield;
• Nice to have: Strong portfolio demonstrating performance-driven visual communications and marketing assets.
