Brand Designer

Stoïk protects European SMEs and mid-sized companies against cyber risk. Founded in 2021, Stoïk is a cyber insurer that combines cyber insurance with our own security tools, managed services and an in-house incident response team (CERT), so we support companies before, during and after an attack. Our CERT sees first-hand which attacks cost companies money, and that shapes the prevention we build.

You'll join the Product team and report to Simon, who leads it. Amélie, our Lead Brand, is your design lead: she sets the creative bar and reviews your work. Day to day, you'll work closely with the Marketing teams of our 7 markets, across 9 languages.

• A rebrand is underway. Amélie owns the creative direction: the identity, the key visuals, the motion language. You own making it scale: rolling it out across every touchpoint and turning it into tools the whole company can use.
• Our brand carries a promise. We insure 15k+ companies against cyber attacks. The brand has to feel as reliable as the cover behind it, in every market and on every format, from a trade show booth to a LinkedIn ad.
• The real problem is volume. Marketing across 7 markets and 9 languages generates a constant stream of small asks: event visuals, roll-ups and goodies, social posts, webinar banners, ads, one-pagers, sales decks, and localized versions of all of the above. Today, each one goes through a designer. We want most of them to never need one.
• AI first, for real. We use Claude every day across the company (skills, document and design generation), alongside Figma and generative image and video tools. You'll build on that setup and push it much further for brand and marketing.

Rebrand rollout

• Apply our identity across all marketing touchpoints: website pages, sales and marketing collateral, events, social, emails
• Audit legacy assets and migrate them, market by market
• Build and maintain the Figma libraries and templates that carry the new brand

Brand as a self-serve system

• Build the tools that let marketers produce on-brand assets on their own: templates, Claude skills and design systems that encode our brand rules, prompt libraries, generation workflows
• Train and support the marketers who use them, so that your job becomes reviewing, not redoing
• Keep the system alive: track what gets requested most, and when a request comes up three times, turn it into a template or a tool

Production at scale

• Own the design request flow with Marketing (intake, prioritization, turnaround) and handle the remaining small requests fast, using AI to generate, adapt and localize assets across our 7 markets and 9 languages
• Hold the quality bar: AI output is a starting point, your eye decides what ships
• The new brand is live across our core marketing assets, in every market
• Marketers produce most recurring formats on their own, with your tools
• Small requests are delivered in hours, not days

• 2 to 4 years of experience in brand, marketing or graphic design, ideally in a startup or scale-up marketing team
• Solid graphic design fundamentals (typography, layout, color, grids): you know when an asset is off-brand, and why
• You already use AI tools in your design workflow and can show how: Claude, image and video generation, automation. Having built templates, plugins or tools that other people use is a big plus
• A systems mindset: you'd rather build the template that makes 50 assets than make the 50 assets
• Fluent in French and English

Hiring process

• Intro call with VP Product (30 min)
• Portfolio deep dive with Lead Brand and Lead Product Design (30 min): two projects of your choice, at least one brand rollout or design system, and how AI fits in your workflow
• Brand case (take-home, 3 hours max, then 1h on-site): presentation and live iteration with VP, Lead Brand, and a Marketing Manager
• Cultural fit on-site with Marketing Director and the founders (15 to 30 min each)
