• Assume responsibility for the quality of the project's graphics and the game's visual development;
• Interact closely with producers on complex tasks, including finding new visual solutions and developing concepts for new features and layers of the game;
• Participate in the development and evaluation of art specialists;
• Participate in forming efficient processes in the art team.

• Demonstrate strong product vision, high artistic taste, and a trained eye;
• Understand how to balance quality;
• Understand production pipelines and how game graphics are created;
• Demonstrate excellent understanding of isometry, shapes, and volumes;
• Have a high level of rendering;
• Have experience in character design, complex concepts and illustrations, and interface development;
• Have a solid casual 2D art portfolio;
• Identify graphics issues and provide constructive feedback;
• Have experience assessing and developing a team;
• Know the global mobile game market and graphics trends;
• Have 5+ years of experience in game development, preferably on match-3 projects;
• Be fluent in Russian;
• Have proficiency in written English;
• Nice to have: experience building, implementing, and adapting effective processes to the art team's needs.
