The company operates an iGaming platform and manages multiple brands, focusing on delivering modern, conversion-focused user experiences through UI/UX design, branding, and marketing creatives.
задачи
- Lead the visual direction across products and brands;
- Manage, mentor, and review the work of the design team;
- Create and maintain design systems, UI components, and brand guidelines;
- Design and improve web, mobile, back-office, and platform interfaces;
- Oversee marketing creatives, landing pages, CRM assets, banners, and social media visuals;
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, CRM, Copywriting, and Development teams;
- Ensure pixel-perfect implementation and consistent design quality.
требования
- Strong experience as an Art Director, Design Lead, or Senior UI/UX Designer;
- Proven experience leading or mentoring designers;
- Outstanding portfolio covering UI/UX, branding, and digital products;
- Advanced knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite;
- Strong understanding of UX, typography, layouts, design systems, and responsive design;
- Excellent English communication skills;
- Nice to have: Experience in iGaming, fintech, SaaS, crypto, motion design, or multi-brand environments.
