3D animator leading the animation team of a mobile social RP game

Chillbase is an independent gaming studio creating OneState, a mobile social RP game built in Unity. Its art team develops the project with a realistic approach and high standards for visual quality and technical solutions, using modern technologies and tools to refine its pipelines and enhance quality and immersion.

• Lead and develop the animation team, establish efficient processes, and foster autonomy and professional growth
• Implement and enforce animation quality standards across all target platforms
• Optimize the animation pipeline and identify and integrate new tools and approaches
• Partner with Production, Art Direction, and Technical teams

• At least 3 years of experience leading an animation team
• Deep understanding of realistic animation and hands-on experience adapting it for Mobile, PC, and Console
• Strong technical expertise in state machines, blending, retargeting, and IK/FK
• Ability to create and maintain living Animation Style Guides
• Experience developing teams and managing outsourcers, including vendor selection, task assignment, and quality control
