web & product analyst for online booking

roadsurfer is a campervan rental company that also operates roadsurfer spots, a platform for discovering and booking unique camping spots, alongside its rental, subscription, and sales products.

• Own the tracking setup across all markets, including the tracking plan, event naming, and GDPR-compliant consent handling
• Work with web developers to define, implement, and test tracking before every release
• Check data quality, compare GA4, Amplitude, and booking data, identify the root causes of discrepancies, and ensure they are fixed
• Run A/B tests in Amplitude Experiment end to end, from hypothesis and sample size to analysis and results, and document learnings
• Define the booking funnel and product KPIs, measure the impact of product changes, and build Amplitude dashboards and cohorts for product teams
• Advise Marketing and Product on tracking, attribution, and testing

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in web, digital, or product analytics
• Deep expertise in GA4 and Google Tag Manager, including building tracking setups
• Experience with server-side tracking, Conversion APIs, Consent Mode v2, and advertising pixel implementation
• Solid knowledge of GDPR rules for tracking
• Strong Amplitude skills and proven A/B testing experience, including statistical methods
• Strong SQL skills
• Ability to explain results clearly to non-technical colleagues and management
• Fluent English
