задачи
- Own and evolve the data control process by developing automated reconciliations, expanding completeness checks, and implementing quality gates before report submission;
- Expand DBT model test coverage, monitor layer-to-layer discrepancies, and implement Data Contracts for critical data models;
- Maintain and enhance the role-based access model and Row-Level Security across jurisdictions, and manage regular access reviews;
- Set up lineage collection, assign dataset owners, maintain the business glossary of metrics, and promote its adoption across teams;
- Lead complex data quality incident root-cause analysis and adjust processes and checks to prevent recurrence;
- Collect business requirements from Business, Finance, and Compliance teams and translate them into detailed specifications for Data Engineering;
- Define and maintain data standards, including naming conventions, model documentation, and mandatory testing rules for critical layers.

требования
- Write heavy analytical SQL queries, optimize slow query performance, and work with large-scale datasets;
- Have hands-on DBT experience with tests, sources, and model documentation;
- Have strong Git skills, including commits, pull requests, and code reviews;
- Have practical experience setting up data quality checks and metrics;
- Have hands-on experience with Data Catalogs such as OpenMetadata, DataHub, or similar tools;
- Have in-depth knowledge of access models, roles, and Row-Level Security;
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and acceptance criteria;
- Communicate across Data Engineering, Compliance, and Finance teams with a high degree of autonomy;
- Have Python proficiency for automating data quality checks and interacting with metadata APIs.
- Have hands-on DBT experience with tests, sources, and model documentation;
