Andersen develops digital solutions and provides technology services. The project supports the development of digital Islamic banking products for a large international technology organization operating in the digital infrastructure domain.

• Analyze Islamic banking process maps and supporting documentation;
• Conduct workshops and interviews with business, product, operations, IT and other relevant stakeholders;
• Clarify business rules, product logic, process flows, roles, exceptions and integration requirements;
• Identify gaps, ambiguities, dependencies and inconsistencies in existing process maps;
• Develop detailed functional and system requirements for multiple Islamic banking products;
• Prepare functional specifications, use cases, user stories and acceptance criteria;
• Describe AS-IS and TO-BE processes where required;
• Define data requirements, validations, calculations, statuses, workflows and exception scenarios;
• Document integration requirements involving Way4, Colvir and other relevant systems;
• Support requirements validation, stakeholder review and formal sign-off;
• Work closely with the client’s business, architecture, development and testing teams;
• Support the project team during implementation and testing by clarifying approved requirements.

• 4+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or System Analyst in banking;
• Strong practical understanding of banking products, processes and operations;
• Hands-on project experience with both Way4 and Colvir;
• Proven experience preparing detailed functional and system requirements;
• Experience analyzing complex process maps and translating them into implementation-ready specifications;
• Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, data flows and interface requirements;
• Experience facilitating requirements-gathering workshops with business and technical stakeholders;
• Intermediate English or above;
• Nice to have: previous experience with Islamic banking or Islamic finance products, knowledge of Sharia-compliant banking principles and relevant product structures, experience with card processing, core banking, payments, financing, deposits or related banking products, experience supporting UAT and requirements traceability, Azure, Oracle, Microsoft, UiPath, AWS or Antropic certifications.
