• Translate complex business needs into functional and system requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and integration specifications;
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA to design solutions, clarify system behavior, identify edge cases and risks, and ensure correct implementation;
• Analyze system integrations and production issues, including root cause analysis, data flows, APIs, and dependencies with external partners;
• Work with developers and QA throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly;
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on system integrations and data flows;
• Support backlog refinement, effort estimation, release planning, and risk identification;
• Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, compliance, and quality standards;
• Improve analysis practices, documentation standards, and product development processes.

• 3+ Years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar software development role;
• Experience with travel technology, or the ability to learn it quickly, including OTAs, airlines, GDSs, reservation systems, travel management, or travel platforms;
• Strong system and business analysis skills, with the ability to convert complex processes into precise, development-ready requirements;
• Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, JSON, system architecture, and data flows;
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, including investigating complex issues, challenging assumptions, identifying risks, and coordinating across teams and external partners;
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies;
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience;
• English proficiency at B2+ level;
• Nice to have: Knowledge of airline distribution, GDSs such as Amadeus and Sabre, or NDC; experience with SQL and API testing tools such as Postman; familiarity with UML, BPMN, or sequence diagrams; understanding of microservices or cloud-based applications; curiosity about complex systems.
