• Identify product and business needs;
• Develop and maintain technical documentation;
• Analyze product use cases and tasks;
• Perform system analysis during the development of new APIs and services;
• Create business process descriptions in BPMN;
• Define and maintain the project and task backlog;
• Participate in project communications with clients, including integration activities;
• Communicate with banking IT and business departments.

• 2+ Years of experience as a System Analyst;
• 2+ Years of relevant experience in fintech or retail banking;
• Domain expertise in lending, scoring, cards, KYC/AML, and client identification and verification;
• Understanding of microservices architecture principles and event-driven integrations;
• Experience in backend system analysis, including APIs, contracts, and data processing rules;
• Ability to work effectively in conditions of uncertainty;
• Strong communication skills with business stakeholders and development teams;
• Ability to independently research and explore domains;
• Ability to manage multiple features in parallel;
• Skills in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements;
• Experience with Jira and Confluence;
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies;
• Experience writing BRD, SRS, UML diagrams, and BPMN documentation;
• Understanding of HTTP, REST, and SOAP integration principles;
• Ability to work with XML, JSON, UML, BPMN, DBMS, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Postman, and Swagger;
• English at Intermediate+ level or above.
