Hiscox is transforming its procurement operations through an enterprise-wide, multi-year implementation of the market-leading iValua Source to Pay system, Marketplace MP.

• Lead the analysis, configuration, and enhancement of P2P systems to support business objectives and continuous improvement initiatives;
• Oversee system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features while minimising disruption to business operations;
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and translate them into system solutions;
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide expert-level support for complex problems;
• Maintain knowledge of P2P technology trends and recommend innovations to improve system capabilities;
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Marketplace administration and workflows;
• Maintain Marketplace system integrations via APIs, including DnB, Worldcheck, Avalara, EcoVadis, FSQS, Oracle, and Workday;
• Collaborate with external advisors on Marketplace implementation and learn product build and utilisation;
• Oversee user access rights and license entitlements for iValua;
• Resolve Marketplace performance issues, including escalation to iValua support when needed;
• Support Marketplace release management cycles and recommend process improvements.

• Extensive experience with P2P systems, specifically Ivalua;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimisation;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities;
• Proven experience managing system upgrades and change initiatives;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team;
• Dynamic, self-motivated approach with the ability to deliver at pace and drive improvements with an agile mindset;
• Strong organisational and project management skills;
• High level of PC literacy across the Microsoft Office suite.
