• Lead analysis for complex, integration-heavy initiatives across core banking and payments domains involving internal services, external partners, and cross-functional stakeholders;
• Design technical solutions with the development team, including APIs, data models, integration flows, and business processes, considering scalability and reliability;
• Develop and maintain technical specifications, system documentation, and integration contracts for development teams;
• Collaborate with Product, Finance, Compliance, and external partners to translate business and regulatory requirements into actionable technical plans;
• Investigate and resolve production issues by tracing transactions, analyzing data, coordinating with support and operations teams, finding root causes, and fixing issues;
• Participate in the full product lifecycle from discovery and solution design through delivery, testing, and post-launch support;
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes, improve system interactions, and reduce manual work for operations and finance teams.

• 4+ Years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role such as technical project manager or solution analyst;
• Financial services background in banking, payment processing, or fintech;
• Confident SQL skills for independently pulling data, investigating incidents, and validating system behavior;
• Strong practical experience using AI coding assistants such as Cursor or Claude Code to accelerate development and automate workflows;
• Ability to read, generate, and refine production-ready code with AI collaboration;
• Understanding of microservices, REST/gRPC APIs, relational databases, and asynchronous flows such as Kafka;
• Ability to read and understand database schemas, API contracts, JSON/proto files, and technical documentation;
• Strong architectural visualization and documentation skills with UML and Mermaid;
• Experience designing sequence, flow, and relationship diagrams to explain system behavior and integration logic;
• Experience leading integrations with external partners or complex cross-system projects;
• Strong ownership, proactive initiative management, independent problem-solving, and responsibility for outcomes;
• Fluent English, both written and spoken;
• Nice to have: Familiarity with safeguarding, reconciliation, and treasury operations, hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or Snowflake.
