The team develops and restructures banking applications for investments, domestic and international payments, mortgage loans, everyday banking, and corporate banking. It is building a new modular architecture and replacing a legacy application with solutions intended to support corporate banking for the coming years.

• Prepare business and system analysis for banking applications;
• Collaborate with business units to define business requirements;
• Gather and analyze requirements and prepare and validate user stories;
• Cooperate with stakeholders, developers, and testers in application development and quality assurance;
• Coordinate tasks between IT teams for implemented functionality and take responsibility for delivering functionality;
• Model functionality using UML or BPMN according to the adopted standard;
• Maintain functional documentation for implemented deployments;
• Work with the team backlog;
• Support applications in the test environment.

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in system or business-system analysis;
• Ability to create and read UML and BPMN models;
• Practical experience with Enterprise Architect;
• Knowledge of system communication using REST, KAFKA, and WSO2;
• Experience in IT system development projects in the banking sector;
• Knowledge of relational databases;
• Higher technical education in computer science or a related field;
• Required presence in Poland;
• Fluent Polish.
